Our prices include an initial virtual consultation with Elizabeth as well as medication and supplies. Supplies include needles, alcohol swabs, dosing instructions, and next day shipping with cold packaging, shipped to your door. Elizabeth is available for virtual check-ins throughout your journey and will answer all of your questions along the way. She also will share patient education curated by both SlimPhoria and the compounding pharmacy.

Weight loss medications are appropriate for most people, but not everyone. That's why we are available for any questions you have- just send us an email (below).  We do screen all patients with a medical questionnaire prior to initiating therapy, which may require bloodwork or other health information.  Most people ARE great candidates so send us an email if you have any questions!

Yes! You can still take these medications even if you are on other anti-diabetic medications from your primary care doctor. Patients on GLP1s can expect to see a reduction in their A1C levels after just a few months of therapy. 

These medications are taken once a week and are administered as an injection under the skin. You will receive directions with your medication that detail how to draw the medication up into an insulin needle from the vial. This can be done in the privacy of your own home! The needles that come with your medication are insulin needles (think tiny!) and are virtually painless. 

Our semaglutide is now also available in oral form. These 'troches' are dissolvable doses that are taken under the tongue daily. No needles required! 

Life is busy- sometimes we forget to take our medication! Its okay. Try to take the dose as soon as you remember. If its more than 5 days since your missed dose, skip the dose and take the next one on your regularly scheduled day.

Both medications are well tolerated. Some patients experience mild nausea or vomiting. Our pharmacy adds b12, an essential vitamin, to their medications to help prevent nausea. We also titrate your dose up slowly so your body has a chance to get used to it. We can prescribe other nausea medications too, if your symptoms are bothersome. Because the medications slows how fast your body digests food, you might become a little constipated too. We recommend adequate water and fiber intake, regular physical activity, and gentle stool softeners in case you get backed up!

Not all patients experience side effects with NAD+. Those that do consider them mild and they often get better with time. Side effects include headache, dizziness, or nausea. It's recommended to use the spray on an empty stomach to avoid severe side effects.
